Pitronot.org, hereinafter Pitronot, respects the privacy of its website users. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.
Who we are and how to contact us

• Cookies. Essential cookies for basic functions, analytics cookies via Google Analytics, and marketing measurement via Meta Pixel. Non essential cookies load only after your consent where required.
Why we use the data
• To operate, secure, measure and improve the site.
• To produce anonymous statistics with Google Analytics.
• To measure and optimize campaigns with Meta, Facebook and Instagram.
• To comply with legal and security requirements.
Sharing information
We share data only with operational service providers such as hosting, security, analytics and marketing measurement. We do not sell personal data. We disclose information if required by law or court order.
International transfers
Processing may occur in Israel, the European Union or the United States using cloud providers such as Google and Meta. When required we rely on standard transfer mechanisms provided by those vendors.
Data retention
Server logs up to twelve months. Analytics data according to our Google Analytics account setting, usually fourteen to twenty six months. We periodically delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed.
Security
We apply reasonable security measures for a basic level, including encryption in transit, access control and regular updates. No system is fully secure.
Your rights in Israel

Children
The site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

• עמידה בדרישות דין ובקרות אבטחה.
שיתוף מידע
נשתף מידע רק עם ספקי שירות תפעוליים כגון אחסון, אבטחה, אנליטיקה ומדידת שיווק. איננו מוכרים מידע אישי. נמסור מידע אם נהיה חייבים לפי דין או לפי צו של רשות מוסמכת.
העברה מחוץ לישראל
עיבוד מידע עשוי להתבצע בישראל, באיחוד האירופי או בארצות הברית באמצעות ספקי ענן כגון Google ו Meta. כאשר הדין מחייב נסתמך על מנגנוני העברה מקובלים של הספקים.
שמירת מידע
לוגי שרת נשמרים עד שנים עשר חודשים. נתוני אנליטיקה נשמרים לפי ההגדרה בחשבון Google Analytics, בדרך כלל ארבעה עשר עד עשרים ושישה חודשים. אנו מוחקים או מבזעים נתונים שאינם נחוצים באופן תקופתי.
אבטחת מידע
אנו מיישמים אמצעי אבטחה סבירים ברמת בסיס, כולל הצפנה בתעבורה, בקרת גישה ועדכוני מערכת. אין אבטחה מוחלטת.
זכויותיך בישראל
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות ניתן לעיין במידע עליך במאגר, לבקש תיקון מידע שאינו נכון, ולבקש הסרה מרשימות דיוור. להפעלת הזכויות ניתן לפנות לאימייל [email protected] או לווצאפ פלוס972 55 252 0474.
